Promoter

The promoter is Bone China Pty Ltd. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of Australia. Employees of Bone China, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Giveaway Period

Entries open at 12:00 AM AEDT on 01 February 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 01 February 2027.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Bone China mailing list during the giveaway period. One entry per person. Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a year’s supply of Bone China Tea, consisting of one bag of tea per month, delivered at Bone China’s discretion across the year. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly drawn on 02 February 2027 and notified via email. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to accept the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Bone China reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Delivery of Prize

Tea product will be delivered in batches at Bone China discretion throughout the year. Bone China will determine the schedule and delivery method. The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address.

Privacy

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Bone China. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Bone China’s Privacy Policy.

General

Bone China reserves the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms & Conditions. Bone China accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. If the giveaway is interfered with in any way or is unable to be conducted as planned, Bone China reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion. In the event of cancellation, no alternative prize or compensation will be offered. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms where it may be advertised. The Promotion is conducted solely by the Promoter.
