Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or product launches.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Australia.

We do not yet offer shipping to other international destinations.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timing

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control. 

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to re-dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Package

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email within 15 days of purchase at hi@bonechinatea.com. Please include your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate the issue. 

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
